4.) Pesto Zucchini Noodles and Tomato Sauce Zucchini Noodles.

Worried about the added ingredients in pasta? Grab yourself a spiralizer and put a zucchini through it! These healthy all veggie noodles can be warmed up and you can add a nice tomato sauce, pesto or even toss with olive oil and spices! Or even eat them raw! These “Zoodles” are a great hit with my little one and will be sure to surprise and delight your family and keep everyone eating healthy!

 

DESSERT

1.) Delicious Smoothie Bowl!

Prepare a smoothie soup style with all your favorite toppings, dark chocolate, chopped dates even fresh fruit! Add some chia seeds for a dash of health on your delicious dessert!

2.) “Nice Cream”

Ditch the dairy and sugar and blend some frozen fruits with a splash of almond butter and a few dates. YUM get the consistency and this frozen treat will be a huge success!
